The challenge

What usually gets in the way

Relying on a few channels

Most business comes through dealers, existing buyers or referrals, which makes growth slow and leaves you exposed if one relationship changes.

An outdated or missing catalogue

Buyers search online for suppliers, but your products, specifications and capabilities are hard to find or out of date.

Enquiries that go cold

Leads arrive by phone, email, WhatsApp and marketplaces, and without one place to track them, follow-up is patchy.

B2B channels left unused

Google search, LinkedIn and B2B marketplaces can reach buyers by product and industry, but setting them up properly takes time you do not have.

Our approach

How we help

  1. A catalogue website that sells

Product and category pages with specifications, photos, applications and a clear enquiry route, built so buyers can find them on Google.

  2. Targeted B2B advertising

Google Ads for buyers searching for your products, and LinkedIn where reaching specific industries or roles justifies the cost.

  3. Marketplace presence

Well-structured listings on B2B marketplaces such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia, kept accurate and consistent with your website.

  4. Organised follow-up

A simple CRM and WhatsApp workflow so every enquiry is recorded, assigned and followed up.

  5. Offline material that matches

Brochures, catalogues and trade-show stands designed to match your online presence and point buyers back to it.

Why MSMEs need a different approach

Manufacturers, traders and B2B suppliers do not sell like a restaurant or a clothing shop. Buyers are fewer and better informed, orders are larger, and decisions take longer and involve more than one person. Your marketing needs to help a purchase manager or business owner find you, check that you can supply what they need and contact you with confidence.

The pieces that usually matter most

A catalogue website

For most MSMEs, the website is a working sales tool rather than a brochure. It should list your products or product categories with specifications, applications, photographs and certifications you genuinely hold, and offer a simple way to request a quote. Built properly, it can appear when buyers search for the products you make. Our website development work is set up for search from the start.

Search ads and LinkedIn

Google Ads put you in front of buyers already searching for your product type, in the regions you supply. LinkedIn suits higher-value products and services where you need to reach people by industry or role. We start with focused campaigns, track the enquiries they produce and adjust based on quality, not just volume.

Marketplaces

B2B marketplaces such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia are where many Indian buyers start looking. Good listings need accurate product data, clear photos and fast responses. Our marketplace services help you set up and maintain them, and track which enquiries are worth the cost.

Follow-up that does not depend on memory

Enquiries arrive from many places. A simple CRM, with WhatsApp templates and reminders, records every lead, shows who is responsible and makes follow-up routine. Our CRM and automation service sets this up around how your team already works.

Offline still counts

Trade shows, dealer meetings and printed catalogues remain important in many industries. We design brochures, catalogues and stand graphics that match your online presence, and link them with QR codes to the relevant product pages so you can see what they bring in. Printing and fabrication are handled by vetted partners, and we coordinate them for you.

Selling beyond your region

Many MSMEs want buyers in other states, and some want export enquiries. That usually means English-language product pages written around the terms buyers actually search, campaigns targeted at specific regions or industries, and fast, professional responses to enquiries from people you have never met. We help you start with the markets you can serve reliably and expand as orders and repeat buyers build up. As you grow into a larger, multi-location or export-led company, the same team can support structured roll-outs, documentation and brand governance; see how we work with established businesses. If you are based near Ongole, we can also meet in person by arrangement.

What we do not do

We do not advise on government schemes, subsidies or registrations, and we never promise that marketing spend qualifies for any benefit. We also do not guarantee leads or orders. We commit to building a clear presence, measuring enquiries honestly and improving what works.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Have a different question? Ask us directly.

Does digital marketing work for B2B manufacturers?

It can, but it looks different from consumer marketing. B2B buyers search for specific products, compare specifications and contact several suppliers. A clear catalogue website, targeted Google Ads, accurate marketplace listings and fast, organised follow-up usually matter more than frequent social media posting.

Should we be on IndiaMART or a similar marketplace?

Often yes, as one channel among several. Marketplaces bring enquiries, but they vary in quality and competitors appear on the same page. We help you set up listings properly, respond quickly and track which enquiries turn into orders, so you can judge whether the subscription is worthwhile.

Can you help with government schemes or subsidies for MSMEs?

No. We do not advise on scheme eligibility, subsidies or government reimbursement, and we cannot promise that any of our services qualify. Please check those questions with your chartered accountant or the relevant government office. Our work focuses on marketing, websites and lead management.

Is LinkedIn advertising worth it for us?

It depends on who buys from you. LinkedIn lets you reach people by industry, company size and job role, which suits higher-value B2B products and services. Costs per click are usually higher than on Google or Meta, so we recommend it only when the value of a customer justifies it, and start with a small test.

We already exhibit at trade shows. How does digital fit in?

Trade shows work better when they connect to your online presence. We design brochures, standees and stand graphics that match your website, add QR codes to product pages and help you follow up visitor leads through your CRM and WhatsApp after the event, so contacts do not go cold.
