01 The challenge
Print and outdoor material is often designed in a hurry by whichever vendor is printing it, so a business ends up with different logos, colours and messages on every board and flyer. Files are sent at the wrong size or resolution, Telugu text is set badly, and nobody can tell which design actually brought customers in. The result is spend that looks unprofessional and is hard to measure.

03 How it works
A clear process, from first call to results
-
Brief
We confirm the format, size, location, audience, message, languages and deadline, and collect your brand assets and the printer's specifications.
-
Concept
We share design options built around one clear message and next step, checked for readability at the distance or setting where they will be seen.
-
Refine and approve
We make your changes, proofread English and Telugu text with you, and get final approval before any file goes to print.
-
Hand over and check
We supply print-ready files to the printer or vendor, review proofs where possible and check the finished material against the approved design.
04 In depth
Design that works where it is seen
A hoarding on a busy junction, a flex banner outside a shop, a brochure on a reception desk and a quarter-page newspaper ad each get a different kind of attention. Good print design starts with where and how it will be seen. A driver gives a hoarding a few seconds; a parent comparing schools will read a brochure at home; a shop board is passed every day by the same people. We design for that moment first, then make it look good.
That usually means fewer words, larger type, strong contrast and one clear next step. It also means saying no to cramming every service, phone number and offer onto one board. A brochure or catalogue, by contrast, can carry detail, so we give it a clear structure: what you offer, why it matters, proof where you have it, and how to get in touch.
Consistent across every format
Most businesses use many formats at once: shop boards, standees, festival banners, pamphlets, newspaper ads, vehicle branding and exhibition stalls. When each is designed by a different vendor, the brand slowly drifts. We work from your logo, colours and typefaces — or help define them through our branding and creative service — and adapt one campaign idea across every size, so customers recognise you wherever they see you.
Telugu and English typography
For many audiences in Andhra Pradesh, Telugu text is what people read first. Setting it well takes care: suitable typefaces, correct conjuncts, sensible line breaks and balance with English text on bilingual material. We proofread both languages with you before approval, and we keep spellings, names and numbers consistent across every format.
Print-ready, not just pretty
A design that looks fine on a phone can print badly. We prepare files at the correct dimensions with bleed and safe margins, at a resolution that suits the material and viewing distance, with colour settings appropriate for print and fonts handled so nothing shifts at the printer. Large flex and vinyl prints, newspaper ads and offset brochures each have their own requirements, and we follow the printer’s or publication’s specifications for each one.
Making print measurable
Print does not have to be guesswork. Each campaign can carry a QR code that opens a dedicated landing page, a campaign phone number, a WhatsApp link or an offer code to mention in store. These will not capture everyone who saw the design, but they show which formats and locations bring responses. Our analytics and tracking work connects these responses with your digital channels.
Part of a wider plan
Design is one part of a print or outdoor campaign. Choosing the right sites, quantities, timing and media is covered by our traditional and offline marketing service, and we can handle both together so the plan and the creative are built for each other. Pricing: Design fees depend on the number of formats, sizes, languages and revisions. Printing and installation are quoted separately by the vendor so you can see exactly where the money goes.
Can you work with our existing printer?
Yes. Many businesses already have a printer or flex vendor they trust. We get their specifications for size, bleed, resolution and file format, prepare files to match, and stay in touch with them until the proof is right. If you do not have a printer, we can coordinate one of our partner vendors and quote their costs separately.
Do you design in Telugu as well as English?
Yes. We design bilingual and Telugu-only material, using properly set Telugu typefaces rather than converted or distorted text. We proofread the wording with you before approval, because a spelling mistake on a printed hoarding is costly to fix. Where needed, we adapt the layout so both languages remain clear and balanced.
What files will we receive?
You receive print-ready PDFs or the format your printer requests, prepared at the correct size with bleed and suitable resolution, plus web-friendly versions for WhatsApp and social media where useful. Editable source files can be included by agreement, so you are not dependent on us for small future changes.
How do you make a hoarding readable?
A hoarding is often seen for a few seconds from a moving vehicle. We keep to one main message, a short headline, a clear brand mark and one next step such as a phone number, location or QR code. We check contrast, type size and viewing distance before finalising, rather than fitting a brochure's worth of information onto a board.
Can you design for a whole campaign or several branches?
Yes. For campaigns and multi-branch businesses we create a master design and then adapt it to every size and format needed — hoardings, banners, standees, flyers and newspaper ads — so the message and brand stay consistent everywhere. Branch-specific details such as addresses and phone numbers are adjusted carefully on each version.
