Traditional and offline marketing, planned and tracked like digital

Who benefits

  • Retail, healthcare, education and real estate businesses whose customers live or work near their locations.
  • Regional brands and multi-branch businesses that need consistent promotions and material across several towns.
  • Businesses opening a new store, branch, campus or project that need the area to know about it.
  • Brands that sell through dealers, distributors or franchise outlets and need local marketing support for them.
  • Established advertisers who already spend on print or outdoor but cannot tell which placements bring customers.

Partner-assisted delivery

01 The challenge

Promotions, events, print, outdoor and local media still reach audiences that online ads miss, especially around a physical location or launch. But offline activity is often decided at the last minute, bought on availability rather than strategy, designed inconsistently by different vendors, and left unmeasured. Without a plan and a way to track responses, it is hard to know which spend is working.

02 What's included

Traditional & Offline Marketing: what you get

  1. 01

Offline marketing strategy and media planning

A plan matched to your area, audience and budget — which promotions, activations and media to use, where, for how long and how each one will be measured.

  2. 02

    Local promotions and community marketing

Seasonal and festival offers, dealer and channel-partner promotions, and community, society or college programmes that put you in front of the right local audience.

  3. 03

Store launches, events and BTL activations

Launches, exhibition stalls, activations and sampling — planning, branding material, vendor coordination and on-day support.

  4. 04

    Print, outdoor and local media

Newspaper ads and inserts, flyers, hoardings, flex banners, shop boards, transit branding, and local radio or cable TV where it suits your audience, coordinated with media owners and printers.

  5. 05

    Offline-to-online tracking

QR codes, dedicated landing pages, campaign-specific phone numbers or WhatsApp links and offer codes, so offline responses can be counted.

How this is delivered: Sivogi handles strategy, design, media planning, vendor coordination and quality checks. Printing, media space (hoardings, newspaper, radio, cable TV, vehicle branding), event production and on-ground execution are provided by vetted partners and vendors. Media, printing and production costs are quoted transparently and separately from our fees. Permissions and approvals required for outdoor media are obtained through the media owner or vendor. You deal with one point of contact throughout.

We understand your goal, target area, audience, timing and budget, and what has or has not worked for you before.

You get an offline marketing plan with promotions, formats, locations and durations, plus a transparent breakdown of our fees and partner costs for printing, media and events.

  3. Design and coordinate

We create the artwork, get your approval, and coordinate printing, media booking, permissions, event vendors and installation with our partners.

  4. Check and report

We verify print quality, installations and on-ground execution, share proof of display where available, and report the responses tracked through QR codes, numbers and landing pages.

04 In depth

Strategy before spend

Search and social ads are excellent at reaching people who are already looking. But for businesses tied to physical locations — schools, hospitals, jewellery and furniture showrooms, real estate projects, restaurants, retail chains, dealer networks — much of the market sees the same streets, newspapers, shop fronts and community events every day. Well-planned offline marketing in Ongole, across Prakasam district and in other towns you serve can build awareness and footfall that online ads alone may not.

The weakness of traditional marketing is usually not reach. It is the lack of planning and measurement: a launch organised in a week, flyers printed in bulk without a clear offer, hoardings booked because a site was available, and no way to tell which spend brought customers in. We start with the strategy — who you need to reach, where, when and with what offer — and only then choose the activity.

Promotions, launches and activations

Much offline marketing is about moments: a new store or branch opening, a festival season, admission time, a product launch or a local exhibition. We plan these as campaigns rather than one-off events, with a clear offer, pre-launch awareness, on-day activity and follow-up. Typical activity includes:

  • Store launches and events with branding, invitations, local media and on-day support.
  • BTL activations such as society, college, mall or market activations, sampling and demonstrations.
  • Dealer and community marketing — point-of-sale material, shared promotions with channel partners, and programmes with local associations.

Choosing the right media

Once the plan is set, the media mix follows:

  • Print suits offers, menus, admissions, catalogues and launches — anything people want to keep or read in detail.
  • Hoardings, flex and transit media suit awareness on busy routes and near your locations. Sites are chosen around where your customers travel, not just where space is free.
  • Shop boards and in-store branding are often the most neglected and most seen advertising a business has.
  • Local radio, cable TV and local press suit launches and seasonal campaigns where you need broad local attention for a short period. Earned press coverage is covered by our PR, articles and guest posts service.

Every format gets one clear message and one clear next step. A hoarding read in three seconds needs a very different design from a brochure read at home, which is why our hoarding, banner and print design work is planned alongside the media.

Connecting offline to online

Offline activity should send people somewhere you can measure. We add QR codes that open a dedicated landing page, campaign-specific phone numbers or WhatsApp links, and simple offer codes. Responses can then be tracked alongside your digital channels using the setup described in our analytics and reporting service. A complete, accurate Google Business Profile — part of our local SEO work — also makes sure people who see your hoarding and then search your name find the right phone number, directions and reviews.

How to judge an offline campaign

Not every response can be counted, so we agree in advance what success looks like: tracked responses through QR codes, numbers and offer codes; changes in branded searches and Business Profile views during the campaign; footfall or enquiry levels your team records; and cost per tracked response compared with your digital channels. Taken together, these give a fair view of whether a format is worth repeating.

How partner work is handled

We do not own printing presses, hoarding sites, event equipment or media channels. We work with vetted printers, media owners and vendors, coordinate them on your behalf and check the quality of what is delivered. Their costs are shown clearly in your quote, so you know what you are paying for strategy, design and planning, and what goes to printing, media and production.

Pricing: Costs depend heavily on format, quantity, location and duration. We quote our planning and design fees separately from printing, media and production costs so you can see exactly where the money goes.

FAQs

Traditional & Offline Marketing: common questions

Have a different question? Ask us directly.

Is offline marketing still worth it when everyone is online?

For many businesses with a physical presence, yes. Customers still notice hoardings on their daily route, inserts in their newspaper, a well-run store launch and a clear shop board. Offline works best when it is targeted to the right area and linked to online channels, so people who see an ad or attend an event can easily call, message or visit your website.

How do you measure results from print, outdoor and events?

We give each campaign its own response route where practical — a QR code to a dedicated landing page, a campaign phone number or WhatsApp link, or an offer code to mention in store. These do not capture every customer who saw the ad, but they give a much clearer picture than guessing.

Who handles permissions for hoardings and outdoor boards?

Outdoor media sites are usually owned or leased by media owners and vendors, who hold or obtain the required local permissions. We work through them and confirm that approvals are in place before booking, and we flag any site where the status is unclear.

Do you print in-house?

No. Design is done in-house, and printing is handled by vetted printing partners. We prepare print-ready files, check proofs, paper and colour quality before delivery, and quote printing costs transparently alongside our own fees, so you can see what goes to the printer and what goes to design.

Can you run campaigns outside Ongole?

Our partner network is strongest in Ongole and Prakasam district. For campaigns elsewhere in Andhra Pradesh or beyond, we can plan the campaign and prepare all artwork, and work with media owners and printers in those areas where suitable partners are available. We confirm what is practical before quoting.

Can you handle a store launch or exhibition stall?

Yes. We can plan the launch or stall, design the branding material, coordinate vendors for printing, fabrication, sound or decor, and support you on the day. Larger production elements, such as stage, lighting, sound and fabrication, are executed by partners and quoted separately so costs are clear before you commit.
