Build & automate

Custom web apps and dashboards built around how your business works

When spreadsheets, disconnected tools and manual reporting start slowing your team down, we design and build web applications — dashboards, portals, internal tools and integrations — that fit your process, are documented properly and belong to you.

Who benefits

  • Growing businesses that run operations on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper registers that no longer keep up.
  • Established companies paying for several tools that do not talk to each other, with staff re-typing the same data.
  • Organisations that want customers, dealers or staff to log in and see their own orders, bookings or reports.
  • International and Indian teams that need a remote development partner with clear documentation and code ownership.
  • Startups validating a web-based product that needs a focused, well-built first version.

01 The challenge

As a business grows, the tools that got it started stop keeping up. Data sits in spreadsheets and separate apps, staff re-type the same details, managers wait for reports, and customers phone to ask for information that should be available to them. Off-the-shelf software rarely fits every rule, and poorly built custom software can leave you dependent on a single developer.

02 What's included

Web Apps & Dashboards: what you get

  1. 01

    Discovery and scoping

Workshops and process mapping to understand how work flows today, what must change, and what the first version needs to do.

  2. 02

    Business dashboards

Clear dashboards that pull figures from your systems into one place, so owners and managers can see sales, stock or service status at a glance.

  3. 03

    Customer and staff portals

Secure login areas where customers, dealers or employees can view orders, submit requests, download documents or track progress.

  4. 04

    Internal tools and admin systems

Custom tools for bookings, stock, job cards, orders or approvals, built around your actual rules and user roles.

  5. 05

    Integrations

Connections to payment gateways, accounting software, CRMs, WhatsApp, email and SMS services or other APIs, so data moves without manual copying.

  6. 06

    Documentation, maintenance and support

Technical and user documentation, plus security updates, backups, monitoring and planned improvements under an agreed support arrangement.

03 How it works

A clear process, from first call to results

  1. Discover

We map your current process, users and data, identify the problems worth solving, and agree a focused first version in writing.

  2. Design

We plan screens, user roles and data structure, and share clickable designs so you can try the flow before we build it.

  3. Build in stages

We build and demonstrate the application in short stages, so stakeholders can give feedback early rather than at the end.

  4. Launch and maintain

We test with real users, migrate data, train your team, launch, hand over documentation, and then maintain and improve the application.

04 In depth

When a business needs a web application

Most businesses should not start with custom software. Spreadsheets, notebooks and a handful of apps work well early on. The signs that it is time for something better are usually practical: the same information is typed into three places, nobody is sure which spreadsheet is current, customers keep phoning to ask about order status, or leadership cannot see the week’s numbers without asking someone to compile them.

A web application solves these problems by putting your process, data and people in one secure, browser-based system that works on a laptop, tablet or phone. As a web application development company based in Ongole and working with teams across India and internationally, we focus on tools that save real time every week.

Discovery comes first

The most expensive mistake in custom software is building the wrong thing well. Every project starts with discovery. We speak with the people who will use the system — leadership, managers, front-desk staff, field teams — and map how work flows today. The spreadsheets, forms and messages you already rely on show the real rules of your business.

From that, we agree a focused first version: the smallest system that solves the most important problem. Further features are planned in stages, based on how the team actually uses the application rather than guesses made at the start.

What we typically build

Business dashboards

Decision-makers want answers, not raw data. We build dashboards that bring sales, enquiries, stock, collections or service status into one view, with filters for branch, region, team member or date. Where figures come from marketing and website activity, our analytics and tracking work feeds the same picture.

Portals for customers, dealers and staff

A portal lets the right person see the right information without phoning you. Customers can track orders, dealers can place repeat orders, and staff can submit reports or requests — each with permissions that match their role.

Internal tools and integrations

Booking calendars, inventory registers, job cards, approval workflows and admin panels are often where custom tools pay off fastest, because they remove daily repetitive work. We connect them to the systems you already use, such as accounting software, payment gateways or messaging services, through their APIs. If your main need is managing leads and follow-ups, a configured CRM may be quicker — see CRM and lead automation.

Security, hosting and ownership

We use well-established frameworks, apply security basics from the first line of code — role-based access, encrypted connections, validated inputs, updated dependencies and tested backups — and recommend hosting that matches your scale and who will maintain it. Code lives in a repository your organisation owns, and the hosting account is in your name.

Documentation and handover

We write documentation as we go: how the system is structured, how to deploy it, how data is organised and how each user role works. That means the application can be maintained by us, extended by another developer or handed to your in-house team without starting over. Progress is shared through regular demos and written updates, which suits stakeholders in different locations and time zones.

If you later need a companion app for phones, our mobile app development service can connect to the same backend.

Pricing: Web application costs depend on scope, user roles, integrations and data migration. We start with a discovery phase to agree scope, then quote the build.

FAQs

Web Apps & Dashboards: common questions

Have a different question? Ask us directly.

How long does a web application take and what does it cost?

It depends on the number of user roles and screens, the business rules involved, integrations with other systems, how much existing data must be migrated, and how quickly decisions are made. We usually recommend a focused first version that solves the most important problem, then build further in stages. You get a written scope, timeline and quote after discovery.

Why do you start with discovery instead of a quote?

Custom software is only as good as the understanding behind it. A discovery phase lets us see how your team actually works, spot problems a brief would miss, and agree what the first version must do. It reduces the risk of building the wrong thing and gives you a more accurate estimate.

Should we use off-the-shelf software instead?

Often, yes. If an existing tool fits most of your needs at a reasonable cost, we will say so, and we can help you set it up or connect it to your other systems. A custom application makes sense when your process is a genuine advantage or when off-the-shelf tools leave costly gaps.

Who owns the code and data?

Your business does. The source code repository, database and hosting accounts are set up in your name or transferred to you, along with documentation. Your customer and business data stays yours, and we only access it to build, support and maintain the application under the access you grant.

How do you handle security?

We apply established practice rather than shortcuts — role-based access, encrypted connections, secure password handling, input validation, dependency updates and regular backups. For applications handling sensitive or regulated data, we discuss specific requirements during discovery and are clear about what is and is not covered, so you can involve auditors where needed.

Where will the application be hosted?

It depends on your needs. Options include managed cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, simpler managed hosting for smaller tools, or your own existing infrastructure. We recommend an option based on users, data location, budget and who will maintain it, and the account is set up in your organisation's name.
